1. Promoter

This Prize Draw is promoted by YEW Drink Limited of registered address; The White Building, London E9 5EN.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry, excluding employees of YEW, its associated companies, agents, representatives and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Prize Draw.

2.2. Entrants must have completed the AIF National Independent Festivals Survey 2026 to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. Eligibility may be verified before the prize is awarded.

2.3. Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. How to enter

3.1. To enter, you must complete the Prize Draw entry form available at https://www.yewdrink.com/pages/aif-competition-2026 and provide your name and email address.

3.2. You will also be asked whether you have completed the AIF National Independent Festivals Survey 2026 by selecting “Yes” or “No”.

3.3. Completion of the AIF National Independent Festivals Survey 2026 is required to enter the Prize Draw.

3.4. Entry into the competition is free.

3.5. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Entries submitted on behalf of another person, or multiple entries submitted by the same person, may be disqualified.

3.6. YEW accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or cannot be delivered for any technical, network or other reason.

4. Prize Draw period

4.1. The Prize Draw opens on 29/09/2026 at 00:01 and closes on 06/11/2026 at 11:59.

4.2. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

5. The prize

5.1. One winner will receive a free subscription of YEW drinks for one year.

5.2. The Prize is [non-transferable/non-refundable] and there is no cash alternative unless otherwise stated.

5.3. YEW reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

5.4. Any additional costs associated with accepting or using the Prize, including [travel/accommodation/taxes/insurance], are the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Winner selection and notification

6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the Closing Date.

6.2. The draw will take place on or around 09/11/2026.

6.3. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the Prize Draw.

6.4. The winner must respond within [30] days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, YEW reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6.5. YEW may require the winner to provide reasonable evidence of eligibility and/or identity before the Prize is awarded.

7. Personal data

7.1. YEW will collect and process the personal information provided when entering the Prize Draw, including your name and email address, for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, contacting the winner and delivering the Prize.

7.2. Entering the Prize Draw does not automatically subscribe you to YEW's marketing communications.

7.3. Where you separately opt in to receive marketing communications from YEW, your email address will also be used for the purposes described in the relevant marketing consent. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time.

7.4. Information about whether you have completed the AIF National Independent Festivals Survey 2026 will be collected as part of the Prize Draw entry process and may be used to administer the Prize Draw and for associated reporting purposes.

8. Publicity

8.1. Subject to applicable law, YEW may publish or make available the winner's name for the purpose of administering and publicising the Prize Draw.

8.2. If you are selected as the winner, YEW may contact you to request your consent to reasonable publicity relating to the Prize Draw and/or Prize. Any such publicity will be subject to your applicable legal rights.

9. General

9.1. YEW reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any entry where it reasonably believes that the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false or misleading information, or attempted to manipulate the Prize Draw or entry process.

9.2. YEW reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

9.3. YEW's decision regarding the administration of the Prize Draw and selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable law.

9.4. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

10. Governing law

10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Prize Draw, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
