Every recipe begins with sparkling water, then uses natural extracts and flavourings with carefully chosen culinary acids to sharpen and balance the flavour.
Green Apple contains apple extract, natural flavouring and lactic acid. Pink Rhubarb uses natural rhubarb flavouring and tartaric acid. Yuzu Grapefruit combines natural yuzu and grapefruit flavourings with citric and lactic acid. Pickle contains organic kombucha, natural cucumber and dill pickle flavourings, lactic acid and a touch of salt.
